Ease of Installation The InTouch Digital Voice Server provides for one of the fastest installations in the industry. Based on commercially available Pentium processor technology hardware chassis, and utilizing easily available Dialogic boards, there is no specialized training required to configure, install or maintain the hardware platform. Many voice systems marketed today, require 3-7 days to install, and integration to the PBX or telephone switch always proves challenging. InTouch Digital’s innovative PBX “Learn” feature, allows new PBX integrations to be programmed with a single phone call, to break the integration connectivity barrier. While InTouch Digital includes integration parameters for most of the common PBX’s in use today, it is well known that no two PBX systems are ever installed and configured exactly the same, which is why the InTouch Digital PBX “Learn” can save the installer many days of work, and get the end customer up and running reliably, sooner than any other product. Ease of Service & Support As the InTouch Digital Voice Server was originally designed for international deployment, where support response was by its very nature, difficult at best, many features were built into the design so as to allow remote support over the Internet. InTouch Digital delivers full diagnostic access and automated software upgrades at its very core. Maintenance of the system should never require a physical visit by a technician to an end user site as all maintenance, with the exception of hardware replacement, can be provided from a remote support center. Ongoing Development As customer needs arise and new technology becomes available, new features and functions will be added to InTouch Digital, to allow your end user customers to maintain a leading edge and in-turn provide their users with the latest features, without ever having to replace their original system. A major investment, such as in voice server technology, should able to grow with the users business, and not require major upgrades or replacement every time a new feature or need is identified. |
