Ray brings a broad base of Sales and Marketing experience in Computer and Information Technology, as well as a deep understanding of the technological needs of today’s business and telecommunication systems.

Prior to InTouch Ray was instrumental in bringing many new dealers into the Samsung BCS family as well as training dealers in both system configuration and product placement, while employed with a large Texas based Samsung distributor.

Ray’s prior knowledge and his vision allows him to provide a previously missing component to the sales process, with a new hand’s on cooperative effort between the dealer and InTouch, positioning a win-win situation for both parties.

Ray holds certifications from Samsung in current TDM systems and IP Net/QSIG, VOIP and is familiar with all CTI applications. This, along with a relationship with InTouch on Hospitality System sales, positions the company to facilitate turnkey solutions for dealers and distributors.
