Irving TX – November 1, 2007 ----  InTouch Digital Systems, Inc. today released its FaxMail option, as an add-on to its InTouch Digital Voice Server.

The InTouch FaxMail system provides three separate faxing solutions for both incoming and outgoing faxes. All within the security of a private data network, no need for complex VPN tunnels and additional security controls.

Secure Fax

Simply using your current fax numbers with the InTouch Server, you are now guaranteed never to loose an important incoming fax.

All incoming faxes are received by InTouch, stored in a dedicated mailbox, before being printed to any assigned network printer or other fax machine.Optionally faxes can be sent to other users automatically. All printing problems are eliminated as InTouch persists until it is successfully printed.

FaxMail

Fax Mail is the logical partner to VoiceMail. Here a caller can record a “voice cover sheet”, describing a fax, before transmitting the fax.

Once received a recipient can print the fax to their personal printer or fax machine, or have InTouch forward it to any fax machine in the World from their voicemail box.

Users that have Unified Messaging active will receive both the voice message and the fax, in their eMail, where it can be read or forwarded to others.

Fax On Demand

Allow your callers to retrieve information via fax either on the same call (from a fax machine) or by call-back (from a phone).

In today's Internet economy fax is still the preferred form of communication for classified or legal documents.

Fax on Demand provides a complement to your website as 99.9% of all businesses own a fax machine, but not nearly as many have Internet access.
