Touch Digital Systems of American Canyon, California.
This joint partnership will now provide our existing and future
customers with a completely automated patient scheduling service as well
as a clinical procedure dictation service.
BHMS has successfully
marketed its Omnitrax32 system to a large and growing customer base.
As you are aware our system supports all patient scheduling,
reporting, data analysis and clinical management functions necessary for
any modern medical office. This partnership with
InTouch Digital Systems creates an exciting set of new functionality that
will greatly assist our customers, in that InTouch Digital provides a
telephone interface to our existing application.
Patients will now have the option to be notified and reminded, of
an appointment, in whatever format they choose, (i.e., telephone or cell
phone, e-mail, pager or PDA or via a text message on their cell phone).
In the case of a telephone connection, patients will have the
option to talk live to the scheduling office, or if after hours, to leave
a voicemail message, as well as receiving pertinent information regarding
their pre-appointment care. With this new service,
patient no-shows will be substantially reduced or entirely eliminated.
When looked at from a strict financial viewpoint this technology
enhancement can literally pay for itself in days. All BHMS and InTouch Digital products meet strict HIPPA
compliance. As part of our new
offering we are including full clinical procedure report dictation
capability. Your procedure
dictation can be performed from any telephone, at any time, and
immediately be routed to your transcription service, or simply achieved.
All recordings are easily available for playback from any BHMS
