Automated Updates Free
Our systems are designed and built to provide updates for all aspects of the system automatically over the Internet. Every system is notified of all updates, and a brief description of the changes, allowing the system administrator to either apply the changes or continue without them.

Internet Access
All InTouch Digital systems make use of today's high-speed Internet access technology. We include with our systems the ability for our technical staff to fully support your system remotely. 

During Internet support sessions our technicians have the ability to fully control your system, while you watch and learn, this technology also allows us to view remotely any problems that you may have encountered, and provides you with a means for non-technical users to demonstrate their needs graphically.

Yearly Support Contracts
If you wish to contract for support services, yearly support contracts are available which include the following:

• Unlimited technical phone support during business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; Central Time.)

• Delivery of all upgrades to the software and user documentation, including any supplemental training literature.
• Direct internet support for those facilities that have an internet connection in place. Data uploads and downloads, direct data manipulation, and instant updates are all included.

System Training

InTouch Digital provides custom training sessions for system administrators, end users and technical staff. We provide a number of options for training:

• Via telephone - Your technicians learn from one of our experts over the phone.
  
• Internet conference - InTouch Digital will connect to your system for a shared hands-on training experience.
  
• On Site  - An InTouch Digital representative will travel to your facility to provide formal training.
  
• In House - A representative from your organization will attend training at InTouch Digital's offices.
