Just about anything that you can do with InTouch Digital Voice Server voicemail’s telephone user interface you can do with InTouch Digital Web Access and its web-based graphical user interface (GUI). And, best of all, you can access your messages from anywhere, from any Internet-connected system at anytime.

Ease Of Use
InTouch Digital Web Access allows you to use your own PC and your favorite web browser, simply connect to the website hosting your voicemail, enter your mailbox number and password and after validation you will be presented with your current up-to-the-minute voice message queue.
InTouch Digital Web Access was designed to assist all levels of user, with intuitive options, simple controls and no technical knowledge requirements.
Message Queue Screen
To listen to a message simply click on the message number, and InTouch Digital Web Access will relay the voice message to your PC’s sound card, without any distortion of the message quality.
InTouch Digital Web Access also provides you with the date & time of the call as well as the caller’s name and telephone number, where available. Once a message has been played you have the choice of saving this message, in your private folder, or deleting the message, or simply leave it in your Message Queue for later attention.
Mailbox Maintenance
InTouch Digital Web Access gives all users full access and control over their own mailboxes, allowing them to change passwords, telephone numbers, active times and days, as well as enabling and disabling full feature sets, such as FollowMe.
No longer do you need to tie up administrative staff. With InTouch Digital Web Access, your voicemail users look after their own environment.
Security
The InTouch Digital Web Access is built on a fully secure closed web server environment, which prohibits all access other than to the specific screens developed to support InTouch Digital Web Access, thus effectively locking out any and all unauthorized users and preventing all users from accessing files or other systems on your corporate LAN/WAN.
